These terms apply to purchases from S STORE & CO.

Products

Please review the product description, size, colour and included items before placing your order.

We aim to display products accurately. Screen settings may affect how colours appear, but this does not affect your right to receive goods that match their description.

Prices and payment

Our store’s base currency is British pounds (GBP). The currency and total amount payable are displayed at checkout.

Delivery charges and applicable taxes collected by us are disclosed before you complete your purchase. Available payment methods are shown at checkout.

If a pricing error affects your order, we will contact you to resolve it. We will not charge an increased amount without your agreement.

Orders

Please provide accurate contact and delivery information. If you notice an error, email support@sstore.uk promptly.

An automated order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your order. Your order is accepted when we send a dispatch confirmation.

If we cannot fulfil an order, we will notify you and refund any payment collected for the goods we cannot supply.

Delivery

Delivery options, charges and estimated times are provided before purchase.

Goods remain our responsibility until they are received by you or a person you nominate, subject to applicable legal exceptions where you independently appoint a carrier.

Cancellations and returns

Our Return and Refund Policy explains how to cancel a purchase, return goods or report a problem.

Nothing in these terms restricts your statutory consumer rights.

Website use

You must not use our website for unlawful purposes, interfere with its operation or attempt to access systems or information without authorisation.

Liability

We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Mandatory consumer protections remain applicable to your purchase.

Updates

We may update these terms for future purchases. The version in effect when you place your order applies to that order.
